Dissemination of Knowledge to Professionals
Regarding professionals involved in the Food and Nutrition areas, scientists from FoRC will:
- Approach professional associations aiming at training of their members.
- Promote courses at USP and in company.
- Create a Professional Master program
- Update the Brazilian Food Composition Table (TBFC) (Tabela Brasileira de Composição de Alimentos - TBCA) and develop a diet plan management system
- Create educational videos and offer consultancy.
