Dissemination of Knowledge to Professionals

Regarding professionals involved in the Food and Nutrition areas, scientists from FoRC will:

  • Approach professional associations aiming at training of their members.
  • Promote courses at USP and in company.
  • Create a Professional Master program
  • Update the Brazilian Food Composition Table (TBFC) (Tabela Brasileira de Composição de Alimentos - TBCA) and develop a diet plan management system
  • Create educational videos and offer consultancy.
